Cara Caruso is from the Washington, D.C. area and has been playing volleyball for over 12 years. She began her volleyball career as a setter before transitioning to libero, where she became the starting libero at Virginia Wesleyan University in Virginia Beach and earned All-Conference honors. In addition to competing indoors, Cara has played beach and grass volleyball and has had the opportunity to play internationally in both France and Brazil, broadening her experience and perspective on the game. She recently completed both her MBA and Master’s in International Business and is excited to share her passion for volleyball through coaching. Cara strives to create a positive, competitive environment where athletes build strong fundamentals, gain confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the sport.
